Will i be sore after i get this tattoo?
ok this thursday is my 18th birthday. and i want a tattoo. so im getting one friday. it is going to be a bible verse. its going on my upper right back. kinda right under my shoulder. but then on saturday night, a bunch of friends and i are gonna go bowling. will it hurt to go bowling? it sounds stupid but ive never had a tattoo before so i didn’t know lol
thank you for answering.
yes its going to hurt, every tattoo does, but its not going to hurt so much to affect your bowling.if its your first tattoo, make sure you get specific care instructions from the person giving you the tattoo, and if you shop caries it, get some ‘tattoo go’.Nothing sucks worse than screwing up a good tattoo because you didn’t know how to care for it after you get it done.
Yes, you really shouldn’t do anything physical that soon after a tattoo. Over-using the affected muscle will increase the pain & prolong the healing time.
When I got my 1st tattoo, on my forearm, just the act of writing made it so sore, it felt like I had been whacked repeatedly w/a baseball bat, & took several months to heal properly. When I got my chest tats, I had to be very careful in how I moved, & not to lift anything heavy until they were healed. Getting the tattoo itself isn’t so bad, but you have to be careful w/it for at least a month or so, for it to heal properly.
it’s just like a piercing, it has it’s healing period.
the healing period normally comes with a little bit of an infection, and soreness because its new to the body or to the skin and which you punctured it in.
I wouldn’t say it would be that sore, just make sure you follow the exact instructions the tattoo artist gives you, they know best. if they say to still cover it, cover it you don’t want to open up a beautiful tattoo to a terrible infection.
It will be sore but most of the swelling should have gone down by the Saturday night
if you apply bepanthem daily it will seriously help
It’ll probably just feel like a bad sunburn for a week or so. Your shirt rubbing against it might be irritating, but it’ll go away eventually. Put lotion on it often
It will definitely be sore, but it shouldn’t be too bad. Itll be the worst the night you get it.
they will be stabbing a needle into your back. how will you not be sore?
You’l be sore after ANYtattoo.
haha yes probably when your skin stretches, just bowl left handed

Will someone help me with my appearance?
i feel so insecure about my natural eyebrows and i don’t pluck or wax. I feel they are to thin. opinions please. (remember I am wearing no makeup)

Oh my gosh I was expecting something totally different. You’re so lucky you have naturally beautiful eyebrows. They have a nice shape and I don’t think they’re too thin. I have similar eyebrows and I fill them in a little bit usually. Nothing to be insecure about; people don’t notice eyebrows unless they look fake or out of the ordinary.

What height is good for a white American male?
By good, i mean not short and not tall..just normal and good
I’d say 5’10 – 6 foot is just fine. I’m 6’1 myself.

Do you think the Fashion Star judges were full of it when they dissed oscars butterfly dress?
he had the best dress on the show i could totally see a celebrity wearing that. were they just trying to humble him, because he is clearly one of the best on the show. they bought those ugly bubble dresses, that were so out of style but didnt like the black glittery butterfly dress.
while I did like the black glittery dress, I definitely agree with you on how full of it the judges were. I really wanted a dress like that and I can’t believe it didn’t. Now that I think of it, I think that it was all fake. the stores already have what clothes they plan on selling on their websites. They’re just going to have designers show up with the outfits and let the store’s ‘bid’ on the outfit that they already have just of the sake of the entertainment. This show is just for benefit for these three stores and will assure them more costumers with each week as they slowly pull out more and more outfits. Its a great marketing technique and I’m sure that more stores will want to join in for the second season.

Why does chest get more acne than other parts of body?
The back and chest’s thicker skin and larger pores can also result in more severe cases of acne than that of the face.
Sweat
When you sweat from exercising or overexertion, the sweat beads on your skin, then mixes with the oil and toxins at the skin’s surface. Left there, pores can become irritated or clogged resulting in acne. It is recommended to shower immediately following excessive sweating to rinse the sweat and toxins from your skin.
Clothing
Tight fitting clothing, especially clothing made of material that does not allow your skin to breathe, can be an irritant that results in acne. Though the back can be hard to reach, it is important to wash your skin with a mild soap no more than twice daily to help prevent and treat acne. Pat skin dry with a clean, fresh towel following showering. Rubbing skin can irritate acne further. Wear clean loose fitting, breathable materials such as cotton to help prevent back and chest acne.
Sheets
Sheets and other materials constantly in contact with your skin can absorb the oils and dirt from your skin building up over time. This also provides a breeding ground for bacteria. If sheets and blankets aren’t washed regularly, at least once per week, then the buildup can cause body acne on the back and chest.

Can you ask a tailor to make clothes for you?
I know that you can go to a tailor so they can adjust clothes you already have, but can they MAKE clothes too if you pay them? Like, if you brought in a sketch of something you want or something like that, could they make it from cloth themselves and sell it to you?
Some who make clothes from scratch for others call themselves "custom clothiers" or "dressmakers" (who may take orders from guys, despite the name).Try using those for search terms if you look online for ones nearby.
Good things to bring might be something which fits you well, either to be copied or to be measured as a guideline.Bad things to bring would be both fabric and a pattern, unless you sew for yourself and know how not to mis-match fabric and pattern.Easier to come in with either fabric or pattern, and then have the tailor/clothier/dressmaker tell you what type of fabric works with your pattern, or what patterns will flatter your fabric.
Leave at least two months of lead time, too.Spring is traditionally a busy season for having custom clothes made–all those proms and weddings and warm-weather historical re-enactments to make clothes for.A good tailor/clothier/dressmaker will already have many clients and many appointments and you may have to wait for a block of time to come free–and when it does, have money and fabric and pattern ready for it!
Yes but you might have to bring in the fabric that you want them to use, they would tell you how many yards of the fabric(s) you’d need to buy. So you’d be paying for fabric as well as their services to make the clothes. If I were you I’d go to the the tailor you have in mind and ask them if they even make clothes and if they do ask for an estimate of how much they would charge depending on what article of clothing you’re having made. Good luck!
ofcourse….
yeah, but he/sheis probably going to charge you a lot.

Is this a nice shirt to buy for a teen?
http://m.bluefly.com/mt/www.bluefly.com/??
For a gift? No. For a formal event? Yes. But no, not to wear around, no offense.
Not for a teen, I’m afraid. It looks kinda middle-aged, sorry! I think it should be either ruffly or silky, not both.
if there going for a job interview then yes. If to high school no. It is very nice

Wrist tattoo questions?
So i know everyone asks this but, how much does an inner wrist tattoo hurt? I know pain is different for everyone but if you have a wrist tattoo what was the experience like for you? I also heard they can get blotchy or fade after awhile, does that happen alot? Any info would help. Thanks!!
i have two on each wrist and they didn’t hurt as much as some of my other tattoos.
i did have to get mine touched up though because your wrist does move so some of the ink may come out whilst healing.
They do fade and are a bit more painful than a normal tattoo. But are worth it!
